Breakfast
Almond French toast with bacon Banana nut or Blueberry muffins with sausage, Fluffy scrambled eggs, ham and English muffins Quiche with prosciutto ham, mozzarella and toast Breakfast tacos with sausage and cheese, Scrambled egg and cheese sandwich with home fries and bacon, Egg Frittata with cheese, tomato, sausage, and onion with toast, Continental Breakfast (coffee, juice, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast).

Lunch
Chicken Caeser salad or Greek Couscous Salad and Italian bread, Southwest chef taco salad with seasoned beef or chicken, Stir-Fried rice with shrimp, chicken or beef kabob’s, Grilled chicken sandwich with chilled creamy cucumber salad with dill, Creamy shrimp salad on a toasted bagel with avocado and pasta salad, Greek Veggie wrap with a chilled gazpacho salad, Grilled hamburgers with coleslaw and baked beans, ( cookies or brownies will be available after lunch).

Hors D’ Oeuvres
Sausage stuffed mushrooms with mozzarella and Parmesan, Herbed tomato Bruschetta Smoked salmon and herbed cream cheese tortilla rollups, Walnut cheese spread with gourmet crackers, Marinated and grilled Tiger shrimp and zucchini skewers, Southwest seven layer bean dip and tortilla chips Baked mozzarella spread with gourmet crackers.

Dinner
Angel hair pasta with shrimp and a pink vodka Alfredo sauce with tomato, Grilled Rib-eye Steak with rustic mashed potato’s and balsamic steamed asparagus, Blackened Mahi Mahi with Baernaise sauce steamed garden peas and rice pilaf, Jerked pork tenderloin fried plantains and rice and beans, Crab cake/ creamy herbed corn/ wilted spinach salad/crumbled bacon and feta cheese, Seasoned Tilapia filets with potato’s au ’gratain and a dinner salad, Chicken Cordon Bleu with rosemary potato’s and green beans.
